Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Acne Due To High Prolactin Levels
Hi, I am medium to high prolactin levels 1500, normal 500. I did not know about this until I have a checked of the general hormones. I am a generally a healthy person, with an acne problem which is the result of the prolactin. I chose not the take Bromocriptine due to the high list of side effects. I try to keep away from stress and eat a very healthy diet. I meditate once in a while. I am 39, female. I would rather follow alternative medicine rather than conventional medicine. Thanks

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne due to high prolactin levels which occurs mainly due to hormonal imbalance and it occurs during the secondary growth spurt. You should start application of rose water on daily basis. I would suggest you to apply clearasil face wash twice a day as it contain salicylic acid which is very good for preventing acne. After washing face apply cream containing azelaic acid. application of Clindamycin gel is best in your case. Avoid touching and pricking it with sharp objects. Exfoliate your skin one a week to remove the dead skin from your face. . If condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin or isoteritenoin for twice a day for few weeks .
