Hello Doctor I'm 34, had a fall today as i slipped on my tiled living room and was supported with my right wrist and left knee when i was down. I'm worried if there may be a fracture or crack in my wrist since I'm heavy and i felt most of the weight in my wrist at the time of the fall. Its past 11 hours since this occurred but i didn't find any swelling in my wrist until now. It gives me pain only if i touch it or rub it at the top or try to bend it too much. Normal rotation of the wrist and bending in and out is fine. Don't have time to visit the doc so kindly suggest what to do.
