Suggest Remedy For Vertigo Followed By Nausea, Dizziness, Headache And Mild Tinnitus
Hi, I am trying to figure out what condition, if any I have. On 7 January I had and episode of true vertigo which only lasted overnight. The next day I was still nauseas was not feeling well. However for the past 7 weeks I have had dizziness and headaches as well as mild tinnitus and possibly some ear fullness. I am not sure what I can do.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. These symptoms are suggestive of a pathology that affects the ear. It could be caused by menier's disease, labyrinthitis, benign positional vertigo, etc. I will suggest that you get consulted and preferentially by an ENT specialist to identify the cause and treat appropriately. Please, watch your steps as you walk and avoid dangerous positions like heights, cliffs because you can easily get of balance and a fall would be disastrous.
I hope this addresses your query fully. Thank you so much for patronizing our services and please do feel free to ask for follow up clarifications and information if need be. I wish you the best of health. Dr. Ditah, MD.
