Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concern

When you are on treatment with thyronorm most doctors prefer to keep the TSH below 2.5, especially if you have symptoms of hypothyroidism like weight gain or your cholesterol is high. So I think should increase the dose to 75 mcg and do a follow up blood tests after 2-3 months.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
With warm regards,
Dr Ajish TP (MD,DM)
