Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailments

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi,I have severe acid reflux and take tecta every day.Lately I I have been having a terrible pain in my stomache.It feels like a sharp ripping feeling that starts mid stomache and shots upwards ....lasts for a few seconds .very painful.soemtimes i will get 4 or 5 in a row.Any ideas?

I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Take PPI medication such as omeprasole 20 my
-stay away from non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs) like aspirin, ibuprofen
-The BRAT diet :bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast
-Take camomile tea
-avoid caffeine and alcohol.
