Suggest Remedy For Sore Tongue

Bit my tongue and my lip at the same time eating cashews back of my tongue is very sore the other side of my tongue somehow has a sore and also has a yellow tent hard to swallow and this is not going away I've brushed my teeth floss mouthwash saltwater

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the soreness over the lip and the tongue could be because of the traumatic ulcer. if i am your treating doctor i would have suggested you to take topical anesthetic and analgesics (anabel) 3-4times daily for 5 days. do saline gargling 3-4times daily. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
