Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of arthritis. I would recommend consulting with a rheumatologist for a physical exam and some tests:
- Complete blood count for anemia
- PCR, ESR for inflammation
-A knee X-ray study
- ANA and ANCA titer antibodies
- ASO titer antibodies
- FR plasma levels
- Vitamin D plasma levels

Further tests may be needed. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
