I'm a 46 year old healthy female. About a week ago I thought I had a bladder infection for the first time in my life. I had frequent urination, urgency to urinate, some pain, and a little blood and cloudy urine. After a couple days of lots of water and cranberry juice I began to have severe menstrual cramps while not ovulating or on my period. I have a life long history of severe cramping during my period. I began taking ibuprofen to control the pain. Today I began having pain in my lower back as well. I am over-medicating and losing the battle to alleviate the pain.
