Suggest Remedy For Recurring Sore Throat

Hi, I have had a sore throat off and on for about two months now. The sore throat lasts about a week or two, then goes away for a couple weeks, then comes back. The sore throat is usually pretty mild. It feels more dry than sore. I also experience fatigue and my tongue feels slightly swollen and I have what feels like "irritated taste buds", I do not have a fever (or it is very low-grade), the symptoms are mostly just annoying.
