I have started eating healthy now. Start my day with oatmeal, almonds walnut and a fruit. But lately I have noticed irregularity in my bowel movement. I've never had stomach problems for 33 yrs now but lately it growls a lot, a mild discomfort on the lower left side ( only sometimes) and I have noticed red blodd on the toilet paper once and also white spots on the stool. What could it be?
blood on the toilet paper may be due to several causes like hemorrhoids , anal fissure , colonic polps , anal cancer , colorectal cancer, proctitis or inflammation of the rectum.inflammatory bowel disease . please try the below lifestyle changes and stick on to it. stop all diary products and oily food stop animal products stop eating processed food and cook your own food .Do not eat from outside Eat a whole food plant based diet Eat a high fibre diet abourt 30 gms day. Increase your fluid intake according to your body weight and activity level take a probiotic with varied strains if these things dont work for you see a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
