Suggest Remedy For Persistent Vaginal Bleeding

I have an ovary cyst which is to be removed soon (just waiting for potential dates from surgeons) and myoms. About 2 weeks ago i had vaginal bleeding; this bleeding presented a week after my latest menstrual cycle. I visited the gynecologist and she prescribed primolut N, 3 times a day for 10 days. As expected bleeding stopped fully by the 5th day of taking the treatment. I lost my last 2 tables of primolut N thus I missed taking these 2. My questions are: 1) will i still have a withdrawal bleeding (resembling a normal menstruation) about 2 to 4 days and which normally happens after discontinuation of taking complete treatment? 2) I had sexual intercourse last night. I had pain (not too intense yet) on the right side of my womb (I assume it is my ovary cyst) which spreads down to the right groin and buttock. I also have very light (some drops) bleeding; the blood is brown. I can't see my gynecologist until tomorrow morning. I wonder if these are signs to go to emergency or can wait until I see my doctor tomorrow. Any advice much appreciated.
