Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling On Tongue

I took mdma last weekend, ended up chewing on my tongue. Have a canker sore on the side of my tongue, it was swollen for about 3 days almost. My left lymph node is super swollen and sore and it's been 5 days now. When should I be worried if it doesn't go away? Is there anything I can do to help the pain?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain swelling over the tongue can be due to inflammation or Hematoma of the tongue trauma t the soft tissues caused due to chewing the tongue and the canker sore also seems to be traumatic ulcer caused secondary to injury..
The other cause of swollen tongue and swollen lymph nodes seems to be due to allergic reaction or side effect of MDMA..
First of all I would like to tell you that you should avoid taking MDMA in future..
For relieving pain gargle with a numbing mouthwash as well as do cold compresses over tongue or suck ice pops..
Take Ibuprofen for pain relief..
You can also take anti-allergic like Benadryl in case if it is allergic reaction..
Take a soft and cool diet and avoid hot and sharp foods..
Miantain a good oral hygiene to prevent infections..
