Suggest Remedy For Headache, Dizziness And High Fever In A Child
9 year old boy woke with headache and dizziness this morning and has been running a fever of 102 - 104 and has chills. Fever goes down with advil and he seems to feel better but symptoms come back within a couple of hours. He looks pale and has not wanted to do much of anything today. Appetite seems fine.

fever with chills and anemia ( paleness) will be present in a case of malaria.. do a rapid card test and check his blood counts. start paracetamol 15mg /kg/body weight and do malaria test if you are in endemic area.
