Suggest Remedy For Fever With Symptoms Of Pneumonia

hello my daughter has been sick since Monday, I took her to the er on Wednesday and to see our primary dr yesterday. She has a persistent fever between 103.7 and 102.4. shes had cramping in her back and stomach and a cough heavy breathing she seems to be showing symptoms of pueumonia. The doctor ordered blood work from Thursdays appointment and it all came back normal and wants discuss her results from a ultrasound she ordered on Monday. I m becoming frustrated because it seems like shes not getting better only worse and it seems like the doctors are not treating her to get better. What can I do to treat and make my daughter better since it seems the Drs dont want to

HI.
Thanks for your query
The first and foremost thing to do should have been an X-ray chest.
IF there is no response one has to change / add more antibiotic.
If you are suspecting Pneumonia, it is better to get her admitted , nebulised, expectoration promoted and the sample sent for microbiology examination as well as for gram staining, culture and sensitivity done to get an idea for further treatment.
Symptomatic treatment too is a must .
