Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea

Hi, I have recently started to eat again because I haven't eaten too much the last three months. I used to skip meals all the time. I lost the weight I wanted. Now I'm trying to eat again the last two weeks but I keep getting sick. I have diarrhea every two days. What is this from? How can I make it stop? I just ate an hour ago and had diarrhea again.

Hello,

Post fasting diarrhea may be due to insufficient enzymes that produced in digestion and also decreased disaccharide lytic enzymes lead to diarrhea.

Other possibilities like Irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel problems, infections or malabsorption syndromes etcetera.

Take soft diet after long term diet control, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
