Suggest Remedy For Burning Stomach With Pain In Ribs

I am a 44 year old female, 5'4", 106 lbs, I am suffering with stomach burning issues and pain when I carry anything more than 5 lbs. The right side of my stomach jumps and it is just painful in general. It is also uncomfortable in between my rib cage. What could this be?
