Dear feel sorry about your problem. But nothing to worry about it Few causes I'm going to discuss here .
Acute gastritis: like people taking spicy food and alcohol more prone for it. Helicobacter pylori also one of the cause for it.
Irritable bowel syndrome and infection like tuberculosis and lymphomas may cause weight loss.
please consult your treating physician he will examine the cause for weight loss and treat you accordingly.
