Suggest Remedies For Nausea,diarrhea And Low Grade Fever

Hi, I have been nauseas, and had vomiting and diarrhea since I woke up Sunday morning. The diarrhea is 95% water, and I have a slight fever (99.1). The past 5-6 hours I have been getting progressively sore in my muscles and skin, and a couple hours ago I started getting sharp, periodic pains in random parts (muscles) of my body. Am I dehydrated? When should I seek medical attention? I also have a 5 month old that I am nursing. Can I pass whatever I have to her from nursing?

is practised .
* Primary guidelines for better outcome

- drink plenty of liquids .
- consume balanced , light diet .
- intake of anti pyretic as paracetamol , GI antibiotic as metronidazole , pro
biotics as lacto bacillus will require prescription of your doctor .
