Suggest Precautions Required During Pregnancy

I am 36 years old ,5 feet 2inch, currently 55kg- this is my 2nd pregnancy ( the 1st was a missed abortion at 8 weeks). I had irregular periods prior to marraige ( about 2 years ago) and was detected with cysts at that time. What precautions(dietary & misc) do I need to take this time ? Thanks

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Firstly, see a specialist for a proper clinical evaluation. Please get a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the age of the pregnancy, location of the gestation sac and the fetal viability. If the doctor judges that you need progesterone supplements after the clinical presentation, hormone assays and past history, please go for it. Use of folates, mineral supplements, avoidance of hectic activity including sexual intercourse, intake of healthy diet and adequate rest are all that is needed. Hope this helps.
