Dear madam,
Its time you review with your dentist for antibiotics as well as pain killers. till then paracetamol will help reduce the pain. Generally in a diabetic patient since the chances of infection are high we give antibiotics before tooth extraction/ dental procedure and continue after extraction as well. Diabetic or not pain relief is doctor's responsibility so please review..
Wishing him a speedy recovery.
