Dear Shameem, Mifepristone and Misoprostol in combination can safely and effectively terminate the pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation. These medicines cause developmental abnormalities in the baby; hence if they fail, the pregnancy should be terminated by surgical method like MVA aspiration or so. These medicines are prescription medicines and should be taken by Gynaecologist s advice and prescription. You should follow the legal bindings of the country.
