Hello She is taking Vyvanse from 2 years , that s right . But now she is having stuffy nose, fever , sore throat , but didn t mention the duration of these symptoms . Any way when patient visit my clinic with such symptoms I usually prescribe them Levofloxacin 13 - 15 mg / kg body weight / day in a single dose for 5 days . But these is stuffy nose so patient might have some sort of allergy so she must take terbutalin with gueapehnesin syrup twice in day . As these is sore throat and fever so this is due to infection and get relief with these medicines . Local antiseptic tablets will provide relief in throat. In my opinion this information will help.
