General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The unbearable pain under the chin might be due to the infection in the mouth, gums, or teeth.
I advise you to consult a dental surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have an intra oral X ray for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac , and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
