Suggest Medications For Frequent Nose Bleeds

My 12 year old son has frequent nosebleeds. Yesterday he was in school and missed an entire class because of this and when he came home he said he was feeling dizzy and had a headache. He's sleeping now but as soon as he wakes up I will take him to the doctor. But wondering if this is something serious. I've brought him to his pediatrician for nose bleeds and she said it was a broken capillarie. She didn't seem too concerned. Should I be going to someone else?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Yes, you should be taking your kid to an ent doctor , that would be better , he will examine your kid and tell you the cause for bleeding. Recurrent bleeding can be managed by cauterization of the bleeding site , please discuss this with your ent doctor.

Thanks
