HIII.MY LITTLE GIRL IS 2.5 YEARS OLD AGED SUFFER FROM HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR 3 DAYS AT NIGHT AND SHE SUFFER FROM TONSILLITIS BEFOR1 WEEK AND TREATMENT AS GIVEN AS ANTIBIOTICS,,NOW WHAT CAN I DO FOR FEVER ALSO H HAVE GIVEN PANADOL SYRUP AND SUPPOS. ALSO SHE IS LOW WEIGHT AND LOSS APETITE

I understand your query.

As your history suggests, cause for fever may be tonsillitis. So in my opinion you need to show your daughter once again to the doctor and get her examined for the tonsillitis again. There may be chances for recurrence of tonsillitis. SO in that case she need antibiotic course for few more days. Once the infection in tonsil will be cured fever will also subside. So better visit the doctor soon for further guidance & treatment.
