Hi,

This white pus like thing what you remove from tonsil are called keratosis which are due to collection of mucosal debris inside the crypts of tonsil. Crypts are nothing but small crevices in the tonsil. This keratosis is a common issue in all age groups. Please do not worry. Over time, they will disappear. If you try to remove them, there may be bleeding due to injury to adjacent tissue.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
