Suggest Medication To Induce Abortion

my last period was on nov 27th.i had regular menstrual cycle.this month due to delay,i made a pregnancy test and it shows positive.but my first child is one year old.we dont want a second baby now.please advice to make an abortion.is there any medicine to abort in my home itself without approaching a doctor

Understand your concern
You can not use abortion pill at home as self medication because it causes erratic bleeding course, excessive cramp, incomplete abortion, abnormal development of pregnancy in failure. All these complication required surgery and special care.
Pre abortion USG should be done to confirm pregnancy that is in uterine cavity and in this type of pregnancy abortion is safe.
Mifepristone 600 mg orally after food should be followed by misoprostol vaginally (should be put high in the vagina by gynecologist).
Post abortion USG also needed after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion.
