Hello, Sir Welcome to healthcaremagic. I can certainly understand your concern. I have worked through your query in detail. Sperm abnormalities in your case are directly related to the effects of varicocele. This is a structural abnormality in the veins around the testis that result in torsuity of these veins. Correction of the varicose veins will result in dramatic improvement of the sperm counts and motility. But this surgical intervention has to be carried out at the earliest or else the seminal abnormalities will be permanent. Consultation with an expert urologist is mandatory for surgical opinion. Meanwhile I prescribe oral medications of CoQ forte to improve the seminal parameters. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you. Post your further queries if any. Thank you
