Suggest Medication For Sore Throat And Acid Reflux Condition

Yes I have been having sore throats and a lot of acid reflux problems I am 32 yr old male 5ft 10 inches 145 lbs in good shape quit smoking a yr ago stopped all caffeine from a recent anxiety panic attack issue also. My question is I'm scared I might have throat or esohagus cancer is the tight throat,sore throat,trouble swallowing signs of cancer or could it just be a symptom from the acid reflux/anxiety I have a appointment scheduled for a endoscopy if I did have cancer can this tool find it.

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that the symptoms of soar throat could be due to acid reflux, anxiety could increase the acid secretion so try to come out of this, I would suggest to take care in diet, try to change the diet, like avoid taking heavy meal, spicy food, high density calorie contained meal, avoid too much coffee, alcohol, smoking, try to eat more alkali food like green leafy vegetables.
Medication:- Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day for six weeks.
