I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. From your description, I am to believe that you are having panic attacks and not nerve related problems. You should also understand that panic attack often show palpitation, sweating, restlessness and general uneasiness. If this is panic attack, you need not to worry. The problem started just a few days back. Means if you are treated properly, you can be cleared. Treatment starts with basic psychological counseling and then mild psychotherapy techniques. Psychiatry intervention may not be necessary at this point.
If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
