General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Management would consist of physiotherapy and pain medication.

Physiotherapy would help to increase your muscle strength and show you exercises that may help to relieve the pain somewhat.

If the indomethacin is not effective for you there are other pain killers that may be helpful. Your GP or a pain management specialist would be able to help in this area.

I hope this helps
