Suggest medication for lower back pain due to spasm

I have lower back pain and my Xray shows that i have a straightened lumbar lordosis due to spasm. Pls what can i do since i cannot take any NSAID drugs, but i was given diclofenac sodium injection, tramadol and heat rub to use. But it is still paining me seriously if i bend down or getting up while sitting.

I see that you have already taken the proper treatment to relieve the back pain. I recommend to use this treatment as prescribed by your doctor. I also suggest gentle stretching exercises for relieve.
