Hi,

When did you start giving keflor? Is he lethargic? Taking feeds? Any breathing difficulty?

Fever and cough in 6 months old baby persisting for 2 weeks is something that needs immediate attention. If he is having lethargy/poor feeding/breathing difficulty, kindly take him to hospital without delay.

This indicates pneumonia and may need admission and antibiotic injections. Usually we expect some improvement by 48-72 hours after starting antibiotics(keflor here). If no response by then, please get back to doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
