Suggest Medication For Herpes,rubella And Torch Ig. Does That Cause Miscarriage?

I had 3 miscarriages. I have been tested for Torch IgG.and IgM. Herpes IgG is positive (2.80 0.90) and IGg is positive for rubella, herpes and cyto. Is this the reason for miscarriage. herpes igm is not decreasing with acyclovir tablets but there is no symptom. plz suggest

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that it is not for sure say that the reason behind the miscarriage would be the infection like, Herpes, rubella, and others this may be possible and may not be possible the answer is depends upon the complete history, take care and have a nice day.
