Suggest dose for signo flam tablets in children

My male child of 9 years weigh 24 kg is right now have severe left leg thigh pain up to knee and is crying, the pain is subsiding at times and coming back severely since last 2 hours what should i do i have signo flam tabs[paracetamol 500 mg, serratiopeptidase 15mg and aceclofenac 100mg] can i give him the same and what dose? thanks

Hi,

Children are advised not to take this medication [simple paracetamol up to 625mg for not more than 5 days [less than 1.5 g / day]. In severe pain, consult a physician to know the cause and proper treatment.
