Suggest Diet To Bring Esr To Normal Level

I am mahesh I have cold for 3 month not series it will be two days and after some days again, now I have on my left leg while folding little pain occur, it is symptom of ESR increase, I didn't checked so far. kindly advice to normal ESR what type of food recommended

ESR is not a confirmation test to fix with any diseases.
it is index test to give a idea about any inflammatory changes occurred in the body.
ESR is used to help diagnose certain specific inflammatory diseases, temporal arteritis, systemic vasculitis and polymyalgia rheumatica.
Moderately elevated ESR occurs with inflammation but also with anemia, ACute infection

No food will influence your ESR.without knowing the cause for your ESR elevation we cannot advise on food intake too.

so depends on the clinical symptoms we can correlate the ESR value to any relevant disease.
