Hi I was told recently that I have a fatty liver and that my diet was the cause. I was wondering what I should stop eating and what I need to eat to stop this. Also what other than the test I was given does this fatty liver make me feel like or do I need to worry?
Hello, Welcome to HCM. It is now very easy and will helpful in prevention and treatment of fatty liver. Do regular exercise and yoga with meditation. Make exercise schedule fix. Minimum 1 hour brisk walking is necessary. Take fresh fruits and green veg more. Drink plenty of liquid daily. Also take protein rich diet, beans etc. Strictly avoid spicy and oily diet.
