Suggest Diet Plans After An Angioplasty

Sir, I have undergone angioplasty a week ago at Jaipur. The dietacian has adviced multigrained roti and small quantity of rice etc.Can I have rice insead of roti in my meals and if so kindly specify quantity with kind regards Somnath Bhattacharyya

i am understanding your concern..u should not take monotonous diet,,you can have rice as well as chapati..multigrain is usefull bcoz of high in fibers which can help you in many ways
-it helps in weight loss and weight managment
-it reduces the blood cholestrol level
- it reduces the risk of colone(large intestine) cancer
-it reduces constipation
-it maintains the blood glucose level
you should have fish thrice a week which is good for heart and overall health coz it is high in omega 3
avoid saturated fats in diet
have small and frequent meals in a day
