A couple weeks ago, I noticed a couple red bumps on my lower buttocks area, which I thought were just pimples at the time. As the days went on, it developed into a sort of rash consisting of a bunch or red sores (not blisters)on my lower buttocks and inbetween my upper-inner thighs. It is also extremely itchy. Now I am developing red, and what seem to be like pimples on my thighs, and lower stomach. They aren't blisters, but pimple-like sores with a white puss. Some are very large, about an inch across, others arent as big. They are painfull if touched. Could this be herpies?
