Hello,
In the current scenario, please see a specialist immediately instead of self-medicating yourself further as it can lead to incomplete treatment and further discomfort and the possibility of the development of resistance. You would need a vaginal swab, speculum examination, cervical swab and a pap smear. Urinary infection also needs to be excluded. You may need oral as well as local treatment. If you are sexually active, please abstain until you are completely cured; your partner also may need treatment. Please maintain genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
