Suggest Best Ways To For Loosing Weight

I am 63 with blood pressure of: 160/80. My weight is: 136.4 and I am 5 feet tall. I just lost 10 lbs and plan to loose another 20 lbs. Blood disease runs in my family. My mother had 3 heart attacks and my father died of a blood clot.

Do you recommend medication at present?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you are 63 years of age, with 160/80 B.P, after 50 one must have a regular check ups periodically.and have diet regulation, etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You can keep weight under control by minimizing the intake of calories, fats, fries, junk foods, and oily foods.Cutting down the salt will get the B.P down.
Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you.
Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, and early to rise, avoid day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
