How to reduce weight......i am very consious due to my weight Iam 29, working in a software company, married and mother of two. Iam overweight, my weight is increasing from 2years very rapidly.my weight has increased 14 ckgs in last 1 year. My height is 5 feet one inch. I usually sit infront of computer for long time, i work around 10 hours. i am quite busy so cant exercise. Iam not getting enough of time at home also since i will be busy with my children, unable to do exercises, is there any way i canloose weightwill the idea of joining VLCCcan do any good to me?
The best way to loose weight is to have a healthy diet and exercises. You need to take food low in fat, carbohydrates. Eat more of fruits, vegetables, salads. Avoid coffee, tea. Avoid dining out. Stop having junk foods. Do some exercises like walking, swimming etc

ok, my ht is 5 feet and wt was 85 kgs, i did lot of exercise, but it was home based exercise. i dont eat much, i skip my dinner take only fruits, there is no family histroy of obesity. but my wt didnt reduce, then i met a physician he gave me reductil tablets, i took it for 2 months, experienced few side effects initially like pimples, nausea and others. after few days even that was not there. i think after physician consultation you can go for the same tablets.

Avoid oil foods, junk foods, bread (proceessed food), cakes, eggs, etc. Try to addict to a good diet and do exercise for at least 30 min. Go for a walk for at least 30 min. Dont sleep in the afternoon after having ur lunch. Dont eat too much in the dinner. Drink lot of water. Make sure you should have ur dinner at least 2 hours before you go to bed. Just follow these simple and easy things and definetly u will reduce ur weight in 3 months.
i was 100 kgs and i decided to reduce weight. determination is what required, no one single method is efficient. its the combination of two or three methods, i went to gym, jogging, and strict diet control. i reduced to 68 kgs in four months. is it not good. follow what ever method it is but it needs to be consistent and persistent.

I know where you're coming from... the last thing you want to do after working all day is exercise, even if you've just been sitting in front of the desk. Drinking lots of water and 100% juice will help if you're not already doing that. Many times people think they're hungry when they're just thirsty :o) Also, I sit at a desk all day and I do anything to burn any extra little calories like tapping my feet or dancing a little haha. Google some office exercises, or exercises to do while sitting at a desk, i.e.
If you are eating any sugar or drinking pop just stop. Sugar, (even though I insist it makes people's lives better) will just prevent from losing weight! I used to be an addict, but now i'm to the point where if i eat things that are bad for me, i feel sick.
Do anything you can to move around all the time so that you are burning more calories than you are taking in each day.
- go for a walk with the family ~ plan family activities during the weekend like going to the park where everyone can be active together :o)
- run around with the kids (when I worked with kids, my favorite games were "chase" and ones where i lifted them as much as possible, instead of just sitting on the ground!)
- take the stairs
- park at the far end of any parking lot
all these little things will add up!

oh, another little thing, and i'm not trying to be vulgar in anyway, but if you and your husband are having sex, try doing a lot of the work! be on top or something, be the dominant one. Your husband will love this too and you get all sweaty and are crunching your abs and working your butt. If you can't get to the gym, workout doing something you love ;o)

Hello, I am 40, male, non-smoker, 6ft tall and weighing 194lbs. I ve been losing weight for the past 5 months. In March I went to my cardiologist to have my heart checked. Since then I am on Lisinopril 20mg to control my bloodpressure. All the tests were fine. At the time of my doctors visit I was weighing 230lbs. So I dropped around 36 pounds in 5 months. Is that normal? Also, it doesn t stop. I keep losing weight. I changed my diet a little bit, but nothing radical though. Less soft drinks and deep fried food, other than that I have decent lunch and dinner. I don t have any pain or loss of appetite. My bowel movement is normal and stool color is light-brown to brown. Could Lisinopril be the cause of my weight loss? Also, I have anxiety and get very nervous with the slidest pain. Could anxiety also be a cause? Your thoughts and comments are more than welcome. I have been constipated and my bowel movements have been irregular but my appetite has never changed and I still eat pretty well. I don't have any abdominal complaints. What could be causing this? had hip replacement 3 years ago and got bacterial infection and after 6 weeks being hospitalised and course of anti biotics was cured and discharged with a weight loss of 10 per cent.Since then I have not regained the weight loss,and over the last few months have lost a further 10 percent in weight......I am now 13 stone and 6 feet 1 inch height and 76 years of age,I have reasonable energy levels and feel o.k. but worry about this continual weight loss.I have a reasonable appetite and eat regular meals.
