Iam 60 5ft 2" 68 kg my problem is acute constipationlast 7to8yrs.ihave beentaking cremaffin of tezbig tabsliq,now i amtakingcremqalax tab ihad done acourse of tezbig tabswhich improved my condition i want to get rid of the habit of taking purgative every day mine is a irritable bowel syndrome i eat veg. light food using mustard oil and ghee iam working hence i dont have sedentry lifestyle but ido have thyroid for which iamadv.25 mg thyronorm 1tab. please adv.
