Suggest A Diet Plan For Controlling High Cholesterol Levels.

I recently had blood work done - the results came back with high triglycerides, high cholesterol, and low on vitamin D. I really don t want to go on drugs to control these issues, I would rather do it naturally. can you give advice of a diet plan that may help?

Hello thanx for using hcm

You have to take a low fat, low carbohydrate diet.

Avoid all sources of saturated and trans fat like ghee, butter ,lard, cream, full fat cheese, fried foods, processed foods, bakery products, full fat dairy products and egg yolks .

Excess of carbohydrates are stored in the body as triglycerides it can be reduced by reducing the cereal portion, avoiding refined cereals, sweetened foods, juices .

Aerobic or regular exercise for 45 minutes also helps in bringing down total cholesterol and TGs.
