Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

NAFLD (Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease) Represents a condition characterized by macro-vesicular hepatic steatosis or lipid build up in the absence of significant alcohol intake. Its common in obese and diabetic population but can occur with other predisposing factors, too including Hypertension and Hypertriglyceridemia. Other risk factors for developing a fatty liver are

Polycystic ovary syndrome
Hypothyroidism
Obstructive sleep apnea
Hypopituitarism
Pancreatic-duodenal resection

So, basically its genetic predisposition in combination with environmental oxidative stress that leads to steatosis and fatty liver.

There is no single drug or medication linked directly to cause fatty liver.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
