Suffering From Vaginal Bumps, Painful, Pus Oozing With Blood. What Could Be This?

Hi,
I keep having these vaginal bumps that resemble pimples with pus coming from them. I live on a small island with very little health resources so I haven't been able to see a doctor. The bumps are painful and they produce pus followed by blood. They are beginning to worry me because they keep coming back in different spots on my vulva week after week. Do you have any answers or ideas as to what this could be? I've done extensive research and none of the STI's resemble the bumps I have. Thanks!

Hi,
From history it seems that this might be ingrowing hair follicle infection.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
You may require one course of antibiotic medicines like Amoxiciline, or doxycycline or amoxi-clauvinic acid combination for 3-5 days.
Keep local part well shaved, clean, dry and airy.
