Suffering From Right Iliac Adenopathy And Mild Bowel Thickening. Is This A Serious Condition?

Hiii doc, This is Jebin from Canada. One of my friend is suffering from right iliac adenopathy,with a largest lymph node measuring 1.7to1.5 cm In her report it says there is a evidence of mild bowel thickening I would like to know is this is a kind of a serious problem or pls help me out Regards Jebin

Hi...wht is th age of your friend... these could be signs of cancer or a simple infection... take a course of antibiotic and repeat th scan after two weeks... if it still persists get a scopy done with biopsy....
