Hi,
welcome to HCM
After going through your history, you have bleeding piles (Hemorrhoids) ,you must consult a general surgeon and get examined with internal examination and Proctoscopy to confirm it. If required local and systemic treatment with mild laxative or stool softeners may be given.
You should take diet which prevent constipation like increase fibres in diet take lot of green vegetables and fresh fruits with adequate water intake.
Please avoid dehydration and oily and fried food and fast foods like Pizza, and too much spicy food.
Please also make sure to have enough physical exercise because it also prevents constipation.
Please take care
Good Luck.
