Hi, you have vestibular neuronitis.
Its inflammation of the hearing nerve causing imbalance.
You need to take labyrinthine sedatives with vase active drugs to refuce your loss of balance for upto3 weeks, anti depressants wont work.
Next you may have to do some vestibular rehabilitation exercise to improve yoyr balnce for 3 months. Do cobsult ENT surgeon once and then decide the treatment.
