Hi welcome to the health care magic

This history suggest towards non infective functional bowel problem

If alternate diarrhea and constipation present then it can be specific irritable bowel syndrome

So for this problem anxiety management is to be done first

Yoga, exercise will be beneficial

Consult psychiatrist for anxiety issue if you are having that

Consume more fiber foods in diet like fruits, whole grain, wheat bran etc...

Drink more water daily

If needed fiber supplement can be prescribed by your doctor

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult gastroenterologist for examination and colonoscopy if needed
